The 250W Road Kit is light and delivers 250W of power for 40N.m torque.
Easy to install, it can allow you to bring your bike back to its original configuration in 10 minutes so that you can have one bike for sports outings and long rides.
The Route 250W kit will be your ally to climb all the mountain passes while keeping a pleasant bike to ride. Small and light, the 250W motor is totally forgotten when you decide to ride "muscular".
The complete kit with the 7Ah battery weighs only 4Kg... the kit is very discreet and you keep the feeling of riding a real bike thanks to the freewheel integrated in the motor that disengages the motor when it is no longer powered.
Adaptable on most road bikes, you can install a cassette up to 10 speeds.
THIS KIT CONTAIN
THE MOTOR "BOBBER 250W"
The Bobber 250W motor is available in front or rear wheel version. The characteristics are the same. The choice will go towards a rear motor for a comfort of use while the front motor has the advantage of being more easily removable.
The rear Bobber motoris equipped with acassette body compatible with Shimano and Sram 9 and 10 speed cassettes. If your bike is equipped with a 7 or 8 speed cassette, you will need to add cassette spacers.
The motor is supplied with shim washers that will allow you to center the drive wheel in your frame.
The rear motor has a 135mm center distancewhile thefront motor has a 100mm center distance.
With your wheel kit you receive a complete drive wheel in 700 (28"). All our wheels are carefully checked before shipment: spoke tension, centering, camber and runout.
For this kit the Road Runner Mach1 rim is perfect for road use. It is a semi-profiled rim with a flattened edge and eyelets, ideal for thin 23C tires and compatible with wide 25C tires for more comfort.
The spokes are of French origin and are available in two colors: raw stainless steel or black.
By choosing the French rim spoking, you benefit from a manual spoking in our workshop whichwill guarantee you a great fiability.
THE 15A INTEGRATED CONTROLLER
The 15A controller comes with a completely waterproof Julet connector which is very easy to install. Each connector has a key, you have no risk of making a mistake.
This controller is only compatible with OZO frame batteries
THE WIRING HARNESS
All connectors are waterproof and have visual keying. You can't go wrong when plugging in.
A single cable goes up from the engine to the handlebars to connect the various accessories:
2 Red connectors for brake cuts
1 Green connector for the control screen on the handlebars (display)
1 yellow connector for the accelerator (optional)
THE FRAME BATTERIES
The "frame" batteries are to be installed in place of the bottle holder on the frame of the bicycle. If your bike does not have an attachment for the bottle holder, you can install the frame battery using the threaded adapters.
These batteries have a shroud that protects them from shocks, dust and water. This fairing also offersgood protection against theft thanks to a lock that allows the battery to be locked to the frame of the bike using a key. An autonomy gauge and an ON / OFF switch are integrated into the battery.
In order to meet all autonomy needs, OZO offers a wide choice of capacities, from 500Wh to 1000Wh.
The choice of battery capacity should be made according to the autonomy you want. For example, a 500Wh battery will give you around 50Km of autonomy without forcing the bike and up to 100Km depending on your effort. A 1000Wh battery will give you double the autonomy.
The above autonomies are mentioned for information only. We take as a basis of calculation, for consumption in mountain bikes, a consumption of 10Wh / km. This is an average reached by the majority of mountain bikers who use the motor as an assistance of 50% compared to the normal effort. Some of you will consume less and others more, but the experience of using the engine also matters. A beginner in E-MTB will consume 12Wh / km where an experienced pilot will consume 8Wh / km on the same route ...
Vertical black and white display, the entry level: Black and white display, it includes all the main functions. The original bracket is designed for installation on the handlebars, but we offer an optional stem mount for mountain bikes. 9 assistance modes.
Compact color display : Its compact size makes it perfect for the committed mountain biker. It sits on the left side of the handlebar so you won't be able to use it if you have the derailleur lever on the left side of the handlebar. 9 assistance modes.

THE PEDAL SENSOR
On wheel motor kits which are fitted with 15A controllers, you will need a pedal sensor. This will allow the engine to be engaged and therefore the assistance of the bicycle.
The pedal sensor is a rotation sensor. You have to pedal for assistance. There are several types of sensors to match 90% of the bikes on the market.
