Give yourself total freedom with the OZO Electric Assist Motor Kit for Kayaking.
Developed in France by enthusiasts, this electric conversion kit incorporates a powerful 600W motor that will allow you to sail effortlessly even with strong headwinds.
The maximum speed is 8Km/h and the autonomy à la carte between 15 and 35Km depending on the battery selected.
Note that for total autonomy, the solar charging option is available.
Ideal for long excursions at sea or on the lake on an inflatable or rigid kayak. Installation takes just 1 minute. Position the motor in place of the original fin of your kayak and you can go on an adventure.
A standard man develops between 100W and 250W with his arms... Imagine the comfort that a 600W motor can bring you during your outings at sea or on the lake, even with strong winds.
THE "KAYAK" MOTOR

THE CONTROL BOX

THE PVC BATTERIES
 | To power your Kayak Kit you will need a 36V battery. The battery is manufactured by OZO in France with PANASONIC Lithium cells. It fits easily into the waterproof case and is of course easily removable. You have the choice of the battery capacity, ie the autonomy you want. The higher the capacity, the greater the autonomy. For those who use the motor on a two-seater Kayak and wish to reduce their effort by 50%, you can count on a consumption of 25Wh per kilometer, which means that a 250Wh battery will give you 10Km of autonomy and a battery of 500Wh, 20Km. If you prefer to think in navigation time, take into account an average speed of 5km/h, i.e. 2 hours of autonomy with a 250Wh battery or 7 hours with the 840Wh battery. As an option, you can add a 50W solar panel which will recharge the battery when there is sunshine with a maximum of 50Wh per hour of sunshine. |
THE OZO APP
The OZO application allows you to communicate with the BMS of your OZO battery in bluetooth in order to read the battery parameters such as the instantaneous discharge power, the charging current, the battery charge state, the battery voltage, the voltage of each cell, the temperature, the number of cycles of use...
You can also remotely control your battery to put it on standby, stop charging or discharging and change the name of the battery if you are using several.
The "OZO BATTERIES" application is free to download on the Apple store and Google PlayStore.
THE MAINS CHARGER
36V 2A charger This charger will allow you to charge the battery on a conventional mains socket. Under 2A, it will take 5 hours to recharge a 250Wh battery and 10 hours for a 500Wh battery. As an option, we offer you faster chargers in 5A and 10A. The 4A charger can recharge the 250Wh battery in 2 hours and the 500Wh battery in 4 hours. The 10A charger charges the 1000Wh battery in 2.5 hours. |  |
