Working with or without a handlebar-mounted display, this universal controller can repair most electric bicycles equipped with a brushless hub motor.
Even if your motor's Hall sensors are faulty, this controller will still be able to operate your bicycle.
It can also easily operate any 250W brushless motor, whether from an electric bicycle or scooter.
6V lighting output.
Two versions are available depending on your battery voltage: 24V/36V or 36V/48V.
Analog or digital pedal assist sensor input.

This controller works with or without a display. If you want the display, we recommend purchasing the complete kit.
This universal 15A controller will allow you to repair any electric bike at an affordable price. It operates in sensorless mode, allowing you to run a motor with a Hall sensor problem (faulty sensor or broken wire). Installation is therefore simplified, as only 3 wires need to be connected instead of 8. These controllers can be used with only a throttle, only a pedal sensor, or with both systems in parallel.

With Hall sensors disconnected, faulty, or with broken wires, the controller switches to sensorless mode with a square-wave output curve for the three phases. The motor will be noisier, but the starting torque will be higher.

The controller has two control inputs: one for the pedal sensor and the other for the throttle. You can therefore choose to control your motor using the pedal sensor and/or the throttle.
If you want pedal assistance, you will need to use a pedal sensor for better system responsiveness.
The throttle is independent of the selected modes and the pedal sensor, which means you can manually adjust the power from 0 to 100% at any time.
The "brake cutoff" connector is used to ground the system. We recommend connecting a brake lever with a contact switch to this connector to cut off the system when braking.
A connector allows you to directly connect your display to the controller. The display allows you to view and adjust all the parameters of your drive system.
A connector allows you to connect a speed sensor.
With the universal controller, we provide various adapters to make installation easier. This avoids having to cut the controller connectors.
The shunt allows you to use the controller without a display. It is installed in place of the display.
The lighting output provides a voltage of 6V

Answer: Bonjour, Non, cela ne fonctionnera pas. Si vous rencontrez un problème avec le display (écran) ou le contrôleur, il est nécessaire de remplacer les deux pour garantir la compatibilité avec votre vélo. En revanche, vous pouvez conserver le moteur et la batterie d'origine. En effet, le contrôleur et le display communiquent entre eux à l'aide d'un protocole spécifique. Ces deux composants doivent être compatibles et utiliser le même protocole de communication pour fonctionner correctement. Cordialement |
