DIY Battery Kit - Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) 48V 100Ah 4800Wh
Complete kit to assemble your own high-performance battery using prismatic cells.
Material included in the kit:
- 16 3.2V 100Ah prismatic cells: Individually tested before shipping to guarantee perfect pack balancing.
- 100A BMS (120A max): Regulation circuit (Battery Management System) available as an option with Bluetooth communication (compatible with the free "OZO Batteries" app). Contact us for a different BMS model.
- Suitable fuse: 200A safety rating.
- Power cables: 6AWG cross-section (16 mm²) | Standard length: 40 cm (lengths can be modified upon request).
- 15 busbars: Made of pure copper with a thickness of 2 mm.
- Complete set of screws and hardware
Required tool:
A simple screwdriver is enough. No prior knowledge of electronics is required. The complete wiring diagram and schematic are provided with the purchase.

⚠️ Precautions and Conditions of Use
The battery pack must be stored in a dry and ventilated area. The nominal current of the cells is 0.5C (50A) for both charging and discharging.
Although the absolute operating temperature ranges from -20°C to 60°C, we recommend an optimal storage and usage range between 0°C and 50°C to maximize the lifespan of your cells. The metallic terminals must be properly insulated and protected to avoid any risk of accidental short-circuits caused by a falling tool.

The OZO Batteries app allows you to instantly communicate with your battery's connected BMS via Bluetooth. You can monitor all essential parameters in real time:
