DIAGBATT Battery Test Bench
The OZO DIAGBATT Battery Test Bench allows you to test the remaining capacity of any e-bike, scooter, or e-scooter battery, from 12V to 72V DC, with a configurable discharge current from 0 to 15A.
When connected to a computer, it can generate a detailed test report that can be provided to your customers with your own brand or store logo.
Compatible with all batteries, though some brands with proprietary communication protocols—such as Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha, or Brose—require an additional communication module. These modules are sold separately.

The OZO DIAGBATT is a discharge test bench designed to assess the remaining capacity of batteries across various technologies such as Lead, Lithium, NiCd, and NiMh. It also allows you to check the BMS cut-off threshold and generate a discharge curve. A complete test requires only 2 minutes of labor.
