Kelly Mini KLS7215ND 48-72V 150A programmable sinewave controller.

Kelly controllers are highly efficient and offer a multitude of adjustable settings via a very easy-to-use PC interface.

The Kelly controller is a power regulator for brushless motors accepting a voltage range of 48V to 72V DC. It can deliver 80A continuously and up to 150A at peak.

All parameters are programmable: Max power, max speed, max current, regen, acceleration curve...

Ideal for electric motorcycle, karting, or industrial projects, its sinusoidal field-oriented control (FOC) offers completely silent operation and very high efficiency.

In case of a system failure, an error code is reported to the user, allowing for quick troubleshooting.

The Kelly driver is mounted on an aluminum heat sink to prevent overheating.

For the power cables to use with this controller, we recommend using 10AWG wire.

To avoid motor overheating, all Kelly controllers include an input for a KTY 83 temperature sensor.

If you are new to controller wiring, don't forget to get the wiring for connecting the battery and the motor if you want to include other accessories such as a throttle, brake handle, battery gauge... OZO can wire and program the controller for you before delivery based on your needs... the Kelly controller is delivered as shown in the photo below, without additional wiring.

The controller programming software is free, but you will need to purchase the specific Kelly programming cable to communicate with the controller via a computer.

Note that the programming kit is essential to ensure proper pairing of the controller with your motor (unless you order the motor + controller set from OZO).
