Solex electric rear wheel motor kit 19 inches 1500W without battery

The "DD27" motor   is almost indestructible. It offers 1500W of power which will allow you to climb all the summits in total silence.

This wheel motor is to be installed in place of the original wheel. The original wheel drum brake should be replaced with a bicycle disc brake.

With your kit you receive a  complete drive wheel.  All our wheels are carefully radiated in our workshop by enthusiasts: spoke tension, centering, runout and runout, everything is checked before shipment.

The 36 spokes are made of stainless steel, 2.3mm in diameter, made in France.

The rim is a Solex rim, so you don't change the original look.

The kit comes with a 22 tooth single speed freewheel . You can thus keep the original chain.

The OZO 35A controller  has a dual sensored / sensorless field-oriented (FOC) sine wave mapping, which provides total silence in use of the motor.

You can install the controller under the luggage rack of your Solex.

The accelerator  offers the possibility of controlling the engine manually as on a conventional thermal moped. 

In the form of a thumb trigger, the throttle can be installed on the right or left of the handlebars.

The torque arm  is a laser-cut stainless steel part that prevents loosening of the drive wheel fixing nuts so as not to damage the frame of your SOLEX.

The torque arm is essential with the Solex kit.

The 22 tooth single-speed freewheel is delivered with the electric drive wheel and allows the original chain of the SOLEX to be retained.

Also included in your pack, a complete set to get disc braking . This includes a brake disc but also a caliper and an adapter.

The Solex wheel motor has a center distance of 135mm.

It's a little wider than the original center distance, but you just need to pull the rear shrouds of your frame by hand to install the engine.

The 135mm are necessary to be able to install the disc braking system.
