THE ADVANTAGES OF THE 36V 250W TANDEM KIT

The 250W Tandem Kit was specially developed for tandems, both in terms of cable lengths and the motor. This kit is equipped with our legendary freerider motor, which is powered at 250W and offers a torque of 55N.m, which is 30% higher than traditional 250W motors while meeting EAB criteria: 250W and 25Km/h.

The internal freewheel allows the motor to disengage when riding without assistance, enabling you to use your bike muscularly without being slowed down by the motor. The planetary gear is reinforced to withstand the heavier loads associated with tandem use.
We recommend the 250W electric motor kit for trained cyclists who do not have a heavy load on their tandem because the torque of 55N.m provides good assistance on a regular bike but may be light for a tandem. However, this kit complies with the 250W EAB regulations.
This kit complies with the 250W 25Km/h EAB standard, you can benefit from a subsidy from your department or municipality for the purchase.
